Description of Filling Machine
This model is especially for water filling, combined with rinsing, filling and capping, which is a 3-in1 system. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of carbonated beverage technics, on the bases of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology abroad. It is reasonable in structure, safe to operate and easy to maintain, which is an ideal choice for beverage producers.
Main Features:
1. The rotary wheel is a fully SUS304/316 stainless steel welded structure.
2. Use SIEMENS PLC control system from Japan, and with Taiwan Veinview touch screen, much easier to adjust the speed and turn/off. The whole machine technology from Germany and Italy.
3. The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable.
4. Transfer Starwheel , made of stainless steel of superior quality.

The bottle is blew into the bottle shifting wheel, when the flushing clamp reaches the bottle neck, the jaw will clamp the bottleneck, under the guidance of the rail, the clamp will turn the bottle 180°into an upright position, through second bottle pusher into the filling position.(the whole machine contains 14~40 sets of clamps )

The filling part is manly composed of a filling valve and filling transmission parts. The washed bottle reaches the filling position via the bottle shifting wheel. In the mean time, the bottle clamping plate of the filling machine will clamp the bottle and move up to seal the bottle, filling valve will open, send the liquid into the bottle. When the liquid level of the bottle reaches the trachea of the filling valve, the filling will stop.

Capping part is mainly composed of capping heads, cap loader (separated), cap unscrambler, cap drop rail, pressure regular, cylinder and also we need an air compressor as the auxiliary external equipment.
