Washing unit:
Plastics washing machines are complicated on design,nearly there is no standard design,mostly customer has it's own requirements.

In all, plastics washing machines had following big steps:
1.Crushing part
Crushing part is consist of shredder/crusher. Usually if the plastic is baled in block shape,it needs a baler to open first and then put it into shredder, after shredder it convey to crusher for second time crush into small flakes. Final flakes sized is depend on by the screen hole diameter.
If the size of plastic is not big or it is soft plastic, it is no need to use shredder.
A good crusher machine decide the capacity of the whole line.
2. Washing part
The washing part is to clean the dirty plastics by water. Normally if the plastics is with just mud or sand, cold water is ok to wash. If the plastics with the dirt like heavy oil or glue/stick, It needs hot water to wash. Anyway,it is up to the materials.
Better wash,better products.
3. Drying part
Drying part is another important part of the washing solution. To get a lower moisture,you need to use the right machines based on your material.
We recommend to use squeezing dryer if your material is soft plastic films.
We recommend to use centrifugal dryer if your material is hard plastic flakes.
Pelletizing unit:
The pelletizing unit is mainly divided by soft plastic/hard plastic.
Points on pelletizing line:
1. Feeding way of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: Special designed force feeder, side feeder and compactor can push the material into the extruder high efficiently. Guarantee getting good capacity of the machine
2. Gear reducer of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: The high torque, hard-surface gear reducer with water cooling circulation system ensures the line running steady, silent, and long life.
3. Barrel and screw of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: The special material (38CrMoA1A & double alloy) and hardness treatment of the screw and barrel make extruder to be good wear resistance.
4. Degassing of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: Special design for the venting can discharge the moisture and waste air efficiently which ensure the finally plastic granules are with smooth surface, no water, no bubble, and good quality.
5. Hydraulic filter of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: Double position hydraulic filter works swift and easy to operate. Copper ring prevents the material leakage.
6. Cutting way of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: Two type cutting way, the noodle type and water ring type makes the customer freely to choose.
7. Special designed die of plastic pelletizing recycling plant: All die holes size are special designed due to the material characters and our rich experience to make machines.

How to choose single stage or double stage?
Common:
The same feature between single and double stage pelletizing machine is they can all extrusion the plastics. They can all recycle the waste plastics into plastic granules.
Difference:
* Single stage granulating line is with one stage, double stages granulating line is with two stages extruders.
* Single stage granulaying machine is usually to process clean and dry plastics, double stages granulating machine is usually to process dirt and wet plastics.(Mositure less then 8%)
*You can choose single or double stages according to the material is dirty or clean. Normally, double stage with 2 filtrations system will stop more impurities.
*In all, we can customzied your machines according to different situations.
