Equipment Introduction:
This model of baler is widely used for compression of waste plastic(both solid and soft plastics),PET bottles,LDPE film,LLDPE film,PP woven bags,HDPE bottles,fiber,sponges,and numerous other materials,it is ideally used for waste required to be compressed and strapped as "#" shape.

The machine is with high automatic and simple operation features.

Double cylinder balance compressing system and the special hydraulic design ensure steady and balance compression,it is capable of handling the large load with automatic out-bale feature whole improving safety and reliability, This model has a ninety-degree door opening with chamber anti-rebound device,it can meet your requirement of # shape strapping.

Application:
 The post-consumer PET bottle has a large quantity,after collected in a waste recycle bin,it needs a baler to pressing them into bale. It is more tightly and easy to transport to next waste plastic recycling plant.
Usually we recommend our PET baling machine in RT-80T,it is the ideal model to process PET loosen bottles into big block. Heavy duty pressure ensure the machine supply enough pressure on PET bottles,the remaining air and water inside the bottle will discharge and the bale is very strong.
Each bale is in about 150kg/h-200kg/b.
 Waste LDPE Agriculture film/LLDPE packaging film needs to collection and send to recycling plant,in order to saving space and easy transportation,it is necessary for us to bale the waste LDPE film into big block.
Like PET baling machine,we also recommend our RT-80T model baler to make it.It is heavy-duty baler that can handle the plastic easily.
Each bale is in about 200-300kg/b.
